Thank you for contributing to our conference. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all participants, please review the following presentation guidelines before the event.
Oral Presentation Guidelines
Presentation Duration
- Please adhere to the presentation time assigned in the scientific program.
- Plan your talk to finish within the allotted time, allowing a few minutes for audience questions.
- Session Chairs will monitor the schedule and may signal you when your presentation time is ending.
Presentation Preparation
- Prepare your presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt )
- Ensure that your presentation is compatible with both Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Keep your slides clear, visually appealing, and easy to read. Use concise text, high-quality images, and readable fonts.
- If your presentation includes videos or animations, test them in advance and use compressed media files to avoid playback issues.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
- Poster dimensions and display instructions will be provided before the conference.
- Authors are requested to mount their posters before the designated poster session begins.
- Display materials such as pins or adhesive tape will be available at the poster area.
- Presenters should remain near their posters during the scheduled presentation period to interact with delegates and judges.
- Posters should be removed immediately after the session. The organizing committee cannot be responsible for posters left behind.
Virtual Presentation Guidelines
Participants presenting online should follow these recommendations:
- Meeting access details will be sent to registered presenters before the conference.
- Join the virtual session at least 30 minutes before your scheduled presentation.
- Have your presentation ready to share before the session begins.
- Test your internet connection, microphone, camera, and screen-sharing functions in advance.
- Keep your presentation within the allocated time to ensure the program runs smoothly.
- If you are unable to attend live, recorded presentations may be accepted only with prior approval from the conference organizers.
At the Venue
- Please arrive at your session room at least 20–30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
- Submit your presentation to the technical desk before your session begins.
- To ensure smooth transitions between speakers, presentations will normally be delivered using the conference computer. Personal laptops may only be used with prior approval from the organizing team.
During Your Presentation
- Speak clearly and maintain a professional pace.
- Stay within your allocated time.
- Be available for the question-and-answer session following your presentation.
- Please remain in the session until it concludes unless otherwise advised by the session chair.
Certificates
- Certificates of Presentation and Participation will be issued to registered attendees.
- Certificates will contain the name and affiliation provided during registration. Please notify the organizing committee of any corrections before the conference.
- Digital certificates will be emailed after the conference.
- Certificates are issued only to registered presenters and participants. Co-authors who are not registered will not receive certificates.
